Hi TA - what is is it they say, "Starting something that's not 100% perfect is better than waiting forever to create the perfect plan. But I think that's the beauty of these six questions. While it takes some facilitation skills, when done right it leads to a plan that you begin executing and, most importantly, a plan that your team feels ownership for. If the leader has a bias for action, you won't see these questions create paralysis.

Michael

These are indeed critical questions to ask before any major change gets off the ground. I'm wondering though, about the possibility of 'paralysis by analysis' here - in many cases, its quite likely that no clear answers would be forthcoming, since all true innovation is, essentially, a jump into the unknown. As the quip goes, 'When all is analyzed, we're all paralyzed'!
